Alpha Auto Group (“AAG”), combined with it’s Parent company, is the largest Canadian based auto retail group in the world. During 2023, AAG’s Parent company completed the acquisition of Lookers PLC, one of the UK’s largest auto retailer groups with locations across England, Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland. In late 2024, AAG’s Parent acquired K.W. Bruun (now Wismo Group), one of the largest distributors in the Nordics with a captive dealership network spanning over 210 dealerships throughout Denmark and Sweden.

With the addition of the seven locations of the Mercedes-Benz Berlin Brandenburg branch in 2026, AAG’s parent company currently owns, on a combined global basis, 173 franchise dealerships and 211 third-party dealerships, representing 50 of the world’s top vehicle manufacturers while employing over 7,500 associates in 8 countries.
